He'll Take Your Breath Away

So, I woke up this morning and took little Summer downstairs with me so that Nicol could get some sleep…and this song was streaming through my mind. I started singing it to Summer and (even though she likes her momma’s voice a whole lot more!) she seemed to genuinely enjoy this morning’s mini-concert in our kitchen. The applause were deafening…or maybe it was the crying.

I want her to know from experience that our God is strong and mighty and there’s nothing He can’t do. My prayer for her is that she will journey through life on a relentless pursuit of the King of kings and Lord of lords…hungering and thirsting for Him, for righteousness, holiness, love, grace, and mercy. O God, may it be.

There is nothing else worth living for.
