starving … yet over fed

The United States of America is a great place. We have more choices and countless options on just about anything you can think of. Food, education, cars, trucks, SUV’s, jobs, vacations, financial portfolios, housing, entertainment, sports, business, investments, recreation, retirement … and the list goes on. We are truly blessed. We are also a nation that is content to be starved of the absolute truth.

There is much evidence that many Americans have found that all these options and choices have led them away from the Lord. It’s all to easy for us to ignore GOD, His Word, and His House in a world that is screaming for our attention.
Is the world stunting your spiritual growth ?

” … desire the pure milk of the Word, that you may grow …” 1 Peter 2:2

Mike is the Sports and Men's Ministries Pastor at Christ Community Church in St. Charles, IL. He worked with the Chicago FCA in a special inner city program called "SLAM" ... Saving Lives through Athletic Ministry. Mike graduated from Moody Bible Institute's Graduate School May of 2009 with MA in Biblical Studies. Mike has also had the privilege of being a guest Chaplain for the Chicago Bears.
