Where’d Dad Go II
Following up on yesterdays post and to be accountable to the CD site here’s my report.
On the way home from work I purchased flowers & gummy bears for my wife. I also stopped by 31 Flavors for a cappuccino blast another favorite with the wife.
Arriving home, Anastasia was working furiously away. Once she saw all the goodies she shot out of her chair and gave me a huge hug. I made sure our son Brandon was able to witness the whole deal. I was thinking… way to go Brian you’re setting a great example for your son.
I forgot one thing. When your two years old, you don’t tend notice the exchange of parental love when one of the parents is holding any form of ICE CREAM! “Wanna sum, wanna sum, wanna sum” Brandon said. I think the only lesson I taught Brandon was sometimes daddy comes home with ice cream.
That’s ok. The wife enjoyed the treats and it kicked off a relaxing evening of TV. (Survivor, CSI, & ER)

That’s a pretty funny story, you definitely had me laughing! We have learned that I cannot eat dinner in front of Zach right now, b/c no matter what he’s eating, he always wants mine.
And steak isn’t quite the best form of dinner for a 20 month old!
Hey BG…….. you catching all this? A husband bringing home flowers and gummy bears for his wife. I think you need to hang out with Lis more often!
Maybe you guys should rename this site “Christian Dad’s….and Christian Mom’s eavesdropping to see what we’re up to. Nice one, Shelly.
Way funny post Rich!
